1、 Equipment installation

Our company provides engineers with free on-site services. Based on the actual situation of the customer's factory workshop and customer feedback, equipment on-site positioning is carried out. The engineering team installs machines, connects pipelines, and conducts on-site equipment debugging. At the same time, we provide technical training services to train customer operators, enabling them to fully grasp professional knowledge such as equipment performance, operating methods, precautions, maintenance and upkeep. During the service period of our engineers, food and accommodation issues will be provided by the customer.


2、 Regular maintenance

Our company provides customers with a free one-year warranty period. During the warranty period, we will provide customers with free inspection and maintenance services based on their usage and feedback


3、 Emergency services

Our company has a professional team of after-sales engineers who provide 24-hour support to customers, ensuring timely and effective service. After confirming customer needs, our company will send professional personnel to the factory within 24 hours to solve problems for customers.


4、 Spare parts and consumables

Our company guarantees that all parts of the machine are original and genuine. During the one-year warranty period, if there is any non-human damage to the parts and vulnerable parts, our company will provide free replacement for customers. If there is any improper operation or human damage to the parts and consumables, our company will provide replacement for customers at cost price. Our company promises to provide lifelong service for customer equipment, and only charges basic material costs and corresponding labor costs outside the warranty period.
